The Bookkeeping National Certificate 3, one of the main national certification for Business Services looked by foreign employers overseas, is one of the most sought after Philippine national certificates. 4yr business college graduates and DepEd teachers take this certification exams to upgrade their credentials. Last year, TESDA has updated their BKP assessment exams, which made it even harder to pass.
